Questions clients ask before hiring us
How much does it cost to hire your developers?
Fixed-scope projects start at $30K / project, dedicated engineers at $10,000 / engineer / month, and team extension at $75 / hour. After the intro call we send a clear estimate for your exact scope.
Which engagement models do you offer?
Three: a fixed-scope project for MVPs and well-defined products, a dedicated team for long-term product development, and team extension when you need senior capacity inside your existing team.
Where are your developers based?
All 15 of our engineers are based in Europe, across 4 countries in the CET and EET time zones, with working hours that overlap the US East Coast.
How quickly can you start on my project?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of signing. We review your brief within 24 hours and schedule an intro call to align on scope and timeline.
Do you only work with senior developers?
Yes. Our team is made up of software architects and senior engineers only — we do not hire juniors, so there are no hand-offs to less experienced people.
Do you use AI tools when writing code?
Our teams run their own AI-assisted SDLC, with senior engineers reviewing every change, so you get to production faster. If your security or compliance policy forbids AI tools, we staff a team that works entirely without them.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. We work in your repositories from day one, and all code and intellectual property belong to you.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any detailed technical discussion. Confidentiality is standard practice for us.
